After breakfast, your driver will pick you up at the hotel in Arusha, then drive to the Serengeti National Park, enjoying the beautiful high-lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area along the way. Leaving the highlands behind, you will enter into the heart of wild Africa, the Serengeti National Park with its endless plains rolling into the distance, as far as the eye can see. You will head to the central area of the park, known as the Seronera, one of the richest wildlife habitats. In this part of the park, you will visit the Seronera River which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. You will arrive in time for lunch and afterward, enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park. Later in the day, you will have dinner and your overnight stay at the Seronera Campsite.

Before the sun rises you have the chance to enjoy one last expedition through the Serengeti and see the nocturnal animals return from a night hunt. You can enjoy your beautiful breakfast at the hippo pool picnic site. The hippo pool is a wonderful experience where you will watch these magnificent and often hilarious creatures in their natural habitat, frolicking and fighting in the pools, and dwarfing the occasional crocodile on the shore. After a wonderful game drive in the late afternoon, your driver will take you to Ngorongoro Simba Campsite for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, you descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for a day filled with wonder. The staggering crater walls rise up around you and on the floor of the crater, you can find everything from grazing wildebeest to racing big cats, black rhinos bursting through the trees, and exotic birds taking flight. You can rest in the shade and enjoy a picnic lunch overlooking the swaying plains, the deep dark forests, and the emerald shimmer of this rich and dramatic landscape. After a day of adventure, you drive to Arusha for dinner and overnight at Elanacha Hotel

After breakfast, we depart to Chemka Hotsprings a beautiful mineral spring originating from Kilimanjaro ground waters. On arrival at this oasis of its kind, you will spend a few hours soaking in the pleasantly warm waters, as well as swinging on the rope swing (if you care for some little adrenaline activity), relaxing in the sun-dappled shade of the trees, but also feasting on local favorites such as Chips-mayai (a French fry omelette made out of eggs and potato chips) and Nyama-choma which is a local barbeque. We can also provide packed lunch from Arusha town.Later after a lovely day we drive to Elanacha hotel for dinner and overnight

After breakfast, we depart for Materuni waterfalls. Upon arrival, you start your walk for about 40 minutes to the falls. On the way, your guide will inform you about the culture of the Chagga, and village life and explain the surrounding fauna and flora. The views are truly breathtaking, and with some luck, you will see the summit of Kilimanjaro. When you reach the waterfalls, you will see that they are more than 80 meters high. The pool at the bottom of the waterfall is an inviting place for a refreshing swim so don‘t forget your swimwear! After having enjoyed the scenery, you slowly return with your guide to Materuni village, where you will experience a traditional Chagga lunch. You also will have the opportunity to taste our local banana beer – definitely not to be missed! But that’s not all. Next, the coffee experience awaits you. Here you will learn how coffee is cultivated, dried, roasted, and further processed. You will also be invited to help with the grinding of the coffee, which is traditionally accompanied by Chagga songs and dances – a fun way to immerse yourself in the local culture. Before you say goodbye and return to Arusha, you can savour the coffee you made and appreciate the views of the surrounding rainforest. Dinner and overnight at City Link Hotel

Sadly today is your last day for your Safari in Tanzania. Depending on your flight schedule and departure point our driver will be ready to transfer you to the Airport.
